Why did I decide to blog?

Hmm, I have to say when I decided I wanted to blog I did not think it would be this difficult. Usually I can write for hours about how I feel on a topic but ever since I decided I would create a blog I can’t seem to have enough to say. Basically when I was in middle school I realized I was creative when it came to expressing myself with words on paper. In high school my best class was English literature, I thought for sure I would either major in journalism, psychology or education. I quickly changed my mind when I no longer got to choose what I wanted to write about, or if the topic was of little interest to me.

Writing has always been my outlet for self-expression. I can recall in arguments, I would take a few minutes to write down how I felt, or what I meant and that was the only way I was able to organize it all in a manner that made sense to both them and myself. Writing gave me the courage to be true to my self, acknowledge and share my feelings. I am proud to say that I have grown as an individual who is finally able to express myself well both on paper and in speech. Of course there is always room for improvement.

I decided I have some things I would like to share with others. I decided I should blog. Everyone has a story to tell, advice to give, etc. We are all unique. I am still new to blogging and so I hope that you continue on this journey with me and watch my posts evolve with time. So here it is, you get to enter my domain, and read about how I feel, or what I’ve experienced. If you blog as well or are thinking about blogging let me know what are some of the challenges you have faced or are facing being a blogger. If you have any tips, I would appreciate them as well. Thanks for reading!
